All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade name graphics used in connection with the Service are the property of GuestReply:

4. Proprietary Rights of the Platform

The underlying software, algorithms, databases, vectors, templates, and designs that power the GuestReply platform remain our exclusive property:

  • Platform Ownership — All rights, title, and interest in and to the GuestReply platform are owned exclusively by us and our licensors.
  • Usage Restrictions — You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the source code or training data from our platform.
